Assisting in creating and updating bartender training manuals.Training of new bartenders and responsible for all aspects of quality and consistency of the beverage department.Lead Bartender will be a model for what all Bartenders should work towards. Restaurant and/or food outlet bartenders may be required to serve food, while working in that location. Lead Bartender will also prepare drinks according to recipes and procedures, serves beverages for guests either directly or by way of a food/beverage server. The Lead Bartender will direct others in how to maintain Soboba standards, drink preparation and presentation while on shift.
Will conduct the training of all new Bartenders, provide ongoing training as needed for existing Bartenders, while maintaining and enforcing the Soboba standards behind the bar.
